Tripura Bamboo Mission – IL & FS CDI Limited is organizing pre – Production mobilization of bamboo based utility handicraft at Nalchar from 9th to 13th February 2009

Tripura Bamboo Mission- IL & FS CDI organized a pre–production mobilization program of bamboo based utility handicraft at Nalchar from 9th to 13th February 2009. Around 15 nos. of bamboo contemporary items were selected for pre-production mobilization in Nalchar with as many as 20 skilled artisans for 5 days. The artisans made very well some of products like slivers woven bags, fruit tray and boxes. Hence, it was assumed that the pre-production mobilization program provided the artisans to work and share experiences under the same roof. The pre-production mobilization program at Nalchar was successfully end and the artisans were confident to supply the required products if orders are placed.
