Refund Policy
At Tripura Bamboo, every product is handcrafted with care by skilled artisans. Due to the natural characteristics of bamboo and handmade variations, minor differences in colour, texture, or finish are normal and not considered defects.
Refunds are offered only in cases of genuine manufacturing defects.
1. Eligibility for Refund
A refund will be issued only if all conditions below are met:

The product has a clear manufacturing defect (structural defect, incorrect product, severe damage prior to delivery).

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

The customer provides a mandatory unboxing video, showing the package being opened without pause.

The product is unused and in its original condition.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:

Natural variations in bamboo (colour, grain, pattern).

Minor marks or texture changes that occur during handcrafted production.

Damage caused by customer mishandling or improper use.

Issues reported without an unboxing video.
-
International orders (exports), where only case-by-case resolution may be possible.
3. Refund Process
If approved:

Refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

Processing time: 7–10 working days after approval.

In some cases, we may offer replacement instead of refund, based on product availability.
