1. Company Details

Tripura Bamboo is a proprietorship owned by Binoy Bhushan Chakraborty, engaged in the manufacturing, trading, and export of bamboo crafts and eco-friendly bamboo lifestyle products.

2. General Use of Website

By using our website, you confirm that:

  • You will not misuse the website or violate applicable laws.

  • You will provide accurate information when placing orders or making enquiries.

We reserve the right to update or modify website content at any time.

3. Products & Descriptions

We aim to provide accurate product images and descriptions.
However:

  • All bamboo items are handcrafted; natural variations in color, grain, and size may occur.

  • Product availability and pricing may change without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in INR for domestic sales or USD/other currencies for export orders.

  • Taxes, GST, customs duties, freight charges, and export documentation fees may apply.

  • Payments must be made through approved payment methods only.

  • For exports, advance payment or LC terms may be required.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or incomplete payments.

5. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only when:

  • Payment is received, and

  • A formal confirmation is sent via email or WhatsApp.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Export Compliance

Domestic Orders

  • Orders are shipped via recognized courier partners.

  • Delivery timelines depend on location and logistics conditions.

International Orders / Exports

  • All shipments follow DGFT, Customs, and Export regulations of India.

  • The buyer is responsible for customs duty, import regulations, and clearance in their country.

  • Shipping time varies by destination, customs procedures, and international logistics.

Tripura Bamboo is not liable for delays caused by customs procedures, natural disasters, or carrier issues.

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Domestic Customers

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • The product arrives damaged,

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery,

  • Unboxing video proof is provided.

International Customers

Due to export regulations and high logistics cost, returns are generally not accepted.
However, we may provide:

  • Partial refunds, or

  • Replacement on next shipment (case-by-case basis).

We are not liable for damage caused by mishandling after delivery.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Tripura Bamboo website (text, images, logos, product designs) is our intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tripura Bamboo is not responsible for:

  • Losses due to misuse of products

  • Delay in shipments or carrier failure

  • Damages caused by natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances

  • Loss of profit or indirect damages

Our liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, particularly the jurisdiction of Tripura.
